Return Policy 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales will be final on all products. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at info@metangebeauty.com 

Fulfillment

Please allow us to process your order within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, please allow for the estimated shipping times below, which may vary depending on the shipping carrier. 

Shipping 

Canada - Estimated time for expedited shipping within Canada is 5-9 business days.

United States - Estimated time for expedited shipping to the US is 7-10 business days. 

Depending on the shipping carrier and during busier times of the year, unforeseen shipment delays may occur as a result of volume and demand.  

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.

Tariffs and Customs  

International Orders being delivered outside of Canada may be subjected to customs and/or tariff fees upon delivery. After we have shipped the order, you are responsible for tracking your order and paying any import/customs duties or fees if applicable. 

Undelivered Packages

We kindly ask that you be available to accept your package at the time of your scheduled delivery date.          

Once the shipping confirmation/ tracking information has been issued, Métange is not responsible for any missing, lost and/or stolen packages. 

After the package is given to the shipping company, the responsibility and liability fall on the carrier.
